Under this range, we provide welded construction & tie rod type cylinders. These are used when equal displacement is needed on both sides of the piston or when it is mechanically advantageous to couple a load to each end.
Mounting Styles : Differential type, The rod construction type, Mill type ( Rear flange mounting, Front flange mounting, Female Rear clevis mounting, Rear male clevis mounting, Rear male clevis with articulating bearing, Foot mounting, Front Trunion mounting, Centre trunion extended tie-rod mounting etc.
Telescopic: These come with up to 5 to 6 sleeves. It collapses to a shorter length than normal cylinders. It is available for single or double acting. We can make up to 300 tons capacity. Ram diameter ranges from 25mm to 1000mm, with a stroke of 15000mm. Types of Single Acting Cylinder :- Spring return - Single acting cylinders are typically limited to small, short stroke cylinders used for holding and clamping. They are unsuitable for long strokes due to the length required to contain the return spring. Gravity return (Ram type) :- It just has one fluid chamber. This style of cylinders is normally set vertically. The weight of the load causes the cylinder to retract. These, sometimes known as displacement cylinders, are ideal for extended strokes.
