Product Description

We provide hydraulic shearing machines that are ideal for cutting both metallic and non-metallic sheets. These machines are also easily integrated for on-line shearing applications, including coil buildup, roll shaping, and cut-to-length lines.

Shearing Capacity :-

Stainless Steel - Upto 20 mm thick x 6 meter length
Mild Steel - Upto 25 mm thick x 6 meter length

Instantaneous ram stoppage and hydraulic overload safety provides maximum safety for machine and operator.
Roller guides on Ram with hardened replaceable liners give unlimited life and play-free movement of the ram.
Back Gauge automatically retracts away from bottom blade after shearing completion to avoid trapping of cut strips between them thereby reducing wear and tear of shearing blades and gauge bar.
